The Cherry Bluestorms’ debut album, Transit of Venus is a garden of unearthly delights for those who love the vinyl pressed between 1964 and 1970. TOV has been praised for its savvy references to critical watersheds of ‘60’s rock, its stunning version of The Beatles’ “Baby, You’re a Rich Man” and the CD cover, an update of The Rolling Stones’ “Her Satanic Majesties’ Request”, complete with lenticular.
